Greetings!  I am  CJ Holl, the new Tonka Bay City Administrator.  While new to Tonka Bay, I come to town with experience.  I have been in public service for 18 years as both an appointed and elected official.  I was a school district finance manager and more recently a city and county administrator.  I was excited to come to Tonka Bay as my dad's side of the family is from Tonka Bay.  Justy and Jerry Holl and their families are related to me. I have also owned businesses and have a passion for economic development.  I am excited to join Team Tonka Bay!
