PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES 

Meeting information will be available on the City’s website at least 72 hours before the date of the meeting.  At the public hearing, any person wishing to express a view regarding the proposed ordinance will be heard orally or in writing. Materials regarding the above items are available for review at City Hall upon request.  All persons wishing to be heard on the above item should attend the meeting or submit written comments.  Written comments may be emailed to the City no later than noon on the day of the meeting.

Public Hearing regarding Home Occupations, City Code Section 1014.03, Subd 1

The applicant is requesting a home occupation permit for a cannabis microbusiness with cultivation endorsement.  The home occupation will be located in a spare bedroom and will occupy less than 2% of the home.  No customers will be visiting the home.
